Replay Official Admits OU Covered Kick

While speaking to the Oklahoman, replay oficial Gordon Riese stated that, "The Oregon kid touched the ball at the 44-yard line. I saw the ball laying on the ground, the Oklahoma kid picks up the ball with his knee on the ground. I knew it was Oklahoma ball."

The comments renewed the controversy that plagued the post game commentary earlier this season culminating with Head Coach Bob Stoops suggesting Oklahoma may cancel future games with PAC Ten opponents if a neutral referreeing crew were not used.

At present, Oklahoma is 9-2, however if the call had been made correectly they would likely be 10-1 and in the think of the National Title Hunt.
